We are no different in what we do. We are only different in that we charge less.

 

Q What do you do for your fee?

We do all the marketing and advertising, provide a market analysis, handle all negotiations, prepare and review all contracts, oversee the inspections and transaction through close of escrow.

 

Q Is your fee paid in advance?

We have no up-front fees. We only get paid at close of escrow.

 

Q Can you place my home in Multiple Listings?

Yes, we offer full real estate services. Your home will be placed in the Multiple Listing Service as part of our all-inclusive service.

 

Q Do you work with other real estate agents?

All SellSmart Real Estate offices are members of their local Multiple Listing Service and work cooperatively with all offices.
